Holy Name Parish will host the Advent Penance Service on Tuesday, December 18th at 5:30p.m. for Holy Name, Holy Cross and St. Paul’s Parishes. Many priests will be available for confessions in English, Spanish and Vietnamese.

The C3 Forest Park Police Unit will be having its Annual Christmas Party on Saturday, December 8th, from 11a.m.-2p.m. at the Holy Name Social Center. It is FREE and OPEN TO ALL. Enjoy hot chocolate, food, a D.J., and of course, Santa will be there, too!

We will be treated to Christmas carols and music by D.J. Mad Max. As always, there will be an appearance by Santa Claus. A delicious dinner will be catered by Christo’s.
Tickets - $10 per adult; $5 per child ages 6-14; ages 5 and under are FREE. Tickets will be sold at Masses this weekend; December 1 & 2; and December 8 & 9. This year we will also be taking names. You can reserve a table of 8 when 8 tickets are purchased together. (As always, no tickets will be sold at the door to give the caterer an accurate count the Monday before.)
St Rose Chicopee Listening Session
Because of forecasted inclement weather for Thursday Nov, 15 - the scheduled Listening Session on the Clergy Abuse Crisis featuring Dr Paul Pierce has been re-scheduled to January 17, 2019.
We will be sorting the food and assembling the Thanksgiving baskets on Monday, November 19th, at 6:00p.m. in the Church. Please join us if you can - Many hands make light work!
On Thursday, November 22nd, at 9:00a.m. we will celebrate our Annual Thanksgiving Day Mass. This has been a long standing tradition at Holy Name Parish. Parishioners are invited to bring food and wine, which will be used at their Thanksgiving Dinner to be blessed at the Mass.
The C3 Forest Park Police Unit is sponsoring a Thanksgiving Dinner on November 19, 2023 from 5:00-7:00p.m. at the Holy Name Social Center, 53 Alderman Street. It is hosted by Springfield Together, Inc., and FREE and OPEN TO ALL. For questions, please call 787-9955.
