Each year, the MICAH (Ministry in Community Action Honorees) Awards Dinner provides the membership of PVP the opportunity to express its appreciation for the contributions of an individual from each organization who exemplifies the words of the prophet Micah:
“He has shown you what is good; And what does the Lord want of you but to do justice and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God?” (Micah 6:8)

Liturgy of Healing and Evangelization is being presented by the Catholic Charismatic Renewal of the Diocese of Springfield on Sunday, January 6, 2019 at Holy Name Church at 2:00p.m. Praise and Worship led by Synergy Praise (Joseph & Rosa Lamothe). Celebrant will be Father Anthony Gramlich, leader of the Charismatic Prayer Group at the Shrine of Divine Mercy. Pray-overs for healing following the Mass. Everyone is welcome. The Solemnity of Mary, Holy Mother of God is Tuesday, January 1, 2019 and is a holy day of obligation. Masses are at 8:15a.m. and 5:30p.m.
This year’s Children’s Christmas Pageant will be held on Sunday, December 23rd during the 10:30 Children’s Mass.
Role assignments and first rehearsal is Sunday, December 16, 12 – 1 pm at the school.
Dress Rehearsal is 9:15 am Sunday, December 23rd. We will meet in the Church for a run-through, then move to the Social Center, dress, and go to the Church for the performance.
HOLY NAME INSTANT CHRISTMAS CHOIR
We would invite all those lovely voices we hear in our congregation to join us for an impromptu choir at Christmas Midnight (10PM) Mass. We will have two practices on Monday 12-10 and 12-17 at 6:30 pm in church. Looking for a large and enthusiastic group. Tom Veto, 413 250-7812.
