The annual Blessing of the Athletes will take place on Sunday, September 23rd at the 10:30 am Mass. Athletes are welcome to come in their uniforms.
Wednesday, August 15th, is the Feast of the Assumption of Our Lady, and it is a holy day of obligation. Mass will be celebrated at 8:15a.m. and 5:30p.m.
Just a reminder, the book is now open for scheduling Masses for 2019. As always, they are on a first come-first serve basis. You can book either one, two or three “weekend” Masses during a calendar year, but Weekday Masses are unlimited.
Saturday 4:30p.m. Sunday 8:30 a.m. 10:30 a.m. (Children’s Mass) 12:30p.m. (Spanish Mass) Sunday Mass at 5:30p.m. is eliminated. On Thursday, November 24th, at 9:00a.m, we will celebrate our Annual Thanksgiving Day Mass. This has been a long standing tradition at Holy Name Parish. Parishioners are invited to bring food and wine, which will be used at their Thanksgiving Dinner to be blessed at the Mass.
The Holy Name Annual Memorial Mass will take place on Wednesday, November 2nd at 5:30p.m. All are welcome, but in particular, if you have lost loved ones within the past 12 months, we encourage you to attend. Please R.S.V.P. to the Rectory at 733-5823.
