24-Hour Eucharistic Adoration September 25-26

On Friday September 25 after the 8:15am Mass - Saturday September 26, before the 8:15am Mass, Holy Name Parish in Springfield will host 24-hr Eucharistic Adoration. This time of prayer is meant to help heal our nation. Join your prayers with other parishes across the nation who are holding this ten days of atonement. Note, the ten days of atonement is in union with our Jewish brothers and sisters. ALL ARE WELCOME!

Public Square Rosary Rally

Holy Name will be participating in a Nation Wide Public Square Rosary Rally sponsored by the Blue Army of Holy Name and the America Needs Fatima organization on Saturday, Oct. 10 at 9 a.m. in front of the church on Dickinson Street. It is the Saturday before Columbus Day and 3 days before the Sixth Apparition of Our Blessed Mother at Fatima in 1917. This event will follow the rules for Social Distancing and Wearing Masks. All are welcome as long as there are fewer than 50 participants as required by state regulations on social gatherings. For more information please call Margaret Martin at 737-4471.

Blessing of the Animals

In Honor of St. Francis of Assisi, this will take place on the church yard Saturday, October 3rd after the 8:15a.m. Mass. Feel free to bring your pets of all shapes and sizes to receive a blessing and a token of the blessing. They deserve a blessing for good health, too!
