$300 Referral Program details

Earn $300 off your tuition by referring a student to Pre-K in 2006/07

The Pre-K Student Referral Program rewards a family for referring a new student (parent) to the school and who subsequently enrolls and completes the 2006/2007 academic year at least through March, 2007. This program is designed to further our efforts to grow enrollment in Pre-K through the use of a financial incentive. This referral award program is effective for all new registrations as of March 1, 2006. A �new student� under this program is one with no siblings enrolled in the school nor has been previously enrolled.

Please note although this program provides a cash payout we encourage all parents to promote the benefits of attending our school. When we grow the school we grow together and we strengthen the stability of the school.

The program is subject to the following guidelines

There is a maximum payout of $300 per family per academic year.

Payouts will be in the form of rebate checks; there is no deduction off tuition or off of FACTS; a check will be forwarded to the eligible parent on March 1, 2024 to ensure the student referred remains throughout the school year or at least until March, 2007. To receive a rebate the sponsoring parent must be current on tuition payments.

This program is effective on March 1, 2006. No other referral program is in effect except this one.

To be eligible for a Student Referral Award there must be a notation on the application form by the enrolling parent or guardian. This must be so noted on the application form at the time it is received by the school. Once the application is received by the school no changes may be made to impact this program. The Program applies only to students enrolled by October 1, 2006 and remaining with the school until at least March, 2007.

Only parents or guardians of students enrolled in the 2006/2007 school year, and who are current with their tuition payments, will be eligible for payouts in this program. This also means new parents----who are enrolling their child(ren) for the first time at Holy Name School---- are also eligible to participate subject to the conditions of the program above. This includes new Pre-K parents who are enrolling at Holy Name for the first time.

This program is subject to review and modification as required and interpretations are at the discretion of the Principal. This program is only for the 2006/2007 school year unless approved otherwise by the School Board, School Principal, and the Pastor.
