EMERGENCIES An Emergency form is sent home on the first day of school each year. This form is to be filled in by the parent/guardian of each child and returned to school the next day. In any emergency situation, the information on this form is vital to our being able to reach you or your designated intermediaries. It is important that all of the phone numbers be accurate and up to date. Please also indicate if you have a cell phone. If you move during the year, or change your telephone number, please notify the school office as well as your child's teacher immediately. Your child's safety and security is our primary focus and time lost locating you could be a primary issue in a life or death situation! |
