REPORT CARDS

Report cards are prepared and distributed four times a year. Parents are requested to examine them carefully, sign and return the signature slip promptly. If, at any time, during the school year there is indication that a student's work is not satisfactory, parents or teachers may request a conference. Pre-kindergarten will receive a progress report in January and June. Kindergarten will receive a progress report each marking period.
Evaluation Key for Grades 1-3: * S (Satisfactory), N (Needs Improvement), U (Unsatisfactory) grades will be given for the following: Social Studies and Science for Grade 1 only. Computer for grades 1& 2 only.

Evaluation Key for Grades 1-8: * Handwriting, Music, Work Habits (grades
1-3), Social Development, and General Conduct grades for grades 1-8 are all S, N, or U
*Work habits for grades 4-8 will be designated with numbers from the following code
1. Outstanding
2. Very good
3. Satisfactory
4. Lack of effort
5. Missing assignments
6. Doesn't use time wisely
