STANDARDIZED TESTING PROGRAM The Iowa Test of Basic Skills and the Cognitive Abilities Test are administered to all students in Grade 3,5 and 7 during the spring of each year. These tests are administered so that each child can be evaluated in aptitude and achievement in basic learning areas. Data from the test results are used to assist in improving our curriculum so that we can meet the needs of our students.
