Message from Dir. of Religious Ed. regarding Sacraments

I hope that you and your families are staying safe and healthy. These are unprecedented times for our generation.
I would like to take a moment and pass on some information.
First of all, with respect to sacraments ( First Communions and Confirmations) the Bishop has ordered that they be postponed until the fall. As things progress, I will update you as I receive information.
As Easter approaches, while times are certainly difficult, please try and find the simple and divine joy in our Risen Lord. It is for this alone that we rejoice and celebrate. Easter is so much more than egg hunts and candy. I know that you all know this in your hearts, but we are human and it’s easy now to be sad and depressed when deprived of real time and celebration with our families and friends.
With God’s help and support from and for each other, we will get through and this will be a memory.
Until then, may God bless and keep you and your families safe.
Sincerely,
Claudine Bouchard

Registration forms for all grades (K-11) are available at all entrances of the church and at the Rectory. Please note: Children (of Holy Name parishioners) attending Parochial School must register with our Religious Education Office to attend classes for the sacraments of First Communion or Confirmation.

Blessing of the Catechists takes place at the 10:30a.m. Mass on September 15th Classes begin September 15th
