Parish Picnic on June 10th
You are Warmly Invited to our ANNUAL PARISH PICNIC
Sunday, June 10th, at King Philip Stockade, on route 5 across from Picknelly Field at the Springfield/Longmeadow line. Mass will take place at 11.30a.m. Our caterer retired, so we have a new one this year - the “award-winning” Hamel’s Catering. The menu includes hamburgers, veggie burgers, hot dogs, marinated BBQ chicken breast, tossed garden salad, potato salad and pasta salad; and will be served after Mass until 2:30p.m. There will be a magician, balloon man, pony rides, canine presentation, outdoor games, and more. Tickets are $6.00 per person for ages 13 & over, or $20 for families (2 adults and children). Children ages 4 – 12 are free, but need a ticket so we can give an accurate count to the caterer. Please do not take a ticket for children ages 3 and under. Tickets go on sale three weekends before the picnic (May 19, 20; 26, 27; and June 2 & 3). No tickets will be sold on the day of the picnic as the caterer needs a count ahead of time.
