Thanksgiving Baskets

We are now collecting food items for our Thanksgiving Baskets, and will also be accepting monetary donations for turkeys. Your donations help to provide baskets for our parishioners and families within our zip code area who are in need. Your kindness is very much appreciated.

To keep the baskets more consistent, we ask that you only bring in the foods listed below. Foods other than those listed will go to the Open Panty. Please leave donations in the sacristy by the exit doors. Asking for donations by last name will enable a more fair and even distribution of food. Because we are asking for all fresh potatoes this year, please do not purchase them before November 14th (one week prior to Thanksgiving). Monetary donations can be checks made out to Holy Name or cash, and can be brought or mailed to the rectory, or for convenience, put into the collection basket in a plain envelope marked “Turkey Donation”.
